“KISST” Marketing

Accountability Group

This accountability group uses the Marketing Awareness spreadsheet that is part of the Current Marketing Analysis Coaching Package.  Each member of this group is required to have completed that initial package OR be enrolled in the Build Your Marketing Strategy Plan.

We will be using my “KISST’ approach to marketing books - KEEPING IT SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE, TRUE.

We will work from the “Your Truth” monthly journal sheets that will be provided to each group member.

We will meet virtually twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 12:00 pm EST.  We can have lunch together (well, maybe not in the same room, but you know what I mean!), so feel free to bring your sandwich!

Group Focus:

  • Accountability and review of your marketing plan goals each month.

  • Becoming a Community of Support.  Everyone is learning and growing - we can support and lift each other up. Decrease the isolation you may feel as a writer who is striving to complete a book and successfully learning to market it.

  • Marketing tips and take aways each meeting.

  • Review of the “Your Truth”  journal sheets – No one will be put on the spot - these sheets are a reflection on your mindset and efforts.  It is a great tool to look at how you are progressing as the months go by. 

  • Content Messaging and Ideal Readers.

  • Expanding your reach.  By collaborating and sharing with the other group members you will increase your visibility and learn what others are doing to improve their marketing skills and strategies.  What is working and what isn’t. 

  •  Open discussion in a safe environment that is a “judgement free” space.  We only collaborate and work in a collective manner – No Competition Here.  Just lifting each other up as we make this journey together.     

I am a Marketing Professional with over 35 years’ experience, who is also an Author Accelerator Certified Book Coach. I understand marketing and the writing world.
